Dierks Bentley Teases New Song With Billy Strings For Upcoming Album

Dierks Bentley country music

Dierks Bentley has always been a fairly underrated for being a mainstream headliner in the country music world

Sure, he can pack an arena, and he’s had over a dozen hit radio singles like “What Was I Thinkin'” and “Drunk On A Plane,” but I feel like his name doesn’t get talked about nearly enough, as he’s one of the most versatile acts in all of country music.

He can sing corny party songs, the sad heartbreak songs, tell one helluva story, and can also play some damn good bluegrass as well (just check out his Up On The Ridge album and Live From Telluride EP if you don’t believe me).

Ol’ Dierks can also cover the hell out of a song as well, just like his rendition of Jerry Reed’s “East Bound and Down,” alongside Parker McCollum and Riley Green.

Needless to say, the man has had one heck of a career, and he ain’t even close to being done yet.

Dierks also has a new album in the works, and although there isn’t much information about it so far, he shared some awesome news today.

He posted a video to his Instagram account, and he teased a new song called “High Note.” No, he didn’t sing any lyrics, but he showed off a little acoustic guitar lick, and next thing you know Billy Strings popped in the picture as well, pickin’ his guitar.

And then I think I spotted Charlie Worsham in the picture as well?

A little Dierks Bentley and Billy Strings duet action? Could Charlie be on the song too?

Count me in.
