Ya gotta love to see it… redneck ingenuity at its finest.
Ya know, these fellas might not have an engineering degree or any education in process improvement but they certainly do know how to figure out how to make a job get done faster and better than ever all while using things that are just sitting around the house.
We’ve seen a few good redneck ideas and ingenuity through the years.
The flame thrower to solve the hornet problem, side by side jet ski and the dirt bike lawn mower are few that come to mind.
Moral of the story is if you give a redneck a personal problem or to much time, he will come up with an idea that will completely baffle and impress you, all while successfully doing what he intended.
These guys are the ones you want hanging around your garage on a Friday night. They have good ideas, good jokes and know how to have a good time.
This dad fits perfectly in the high class of rednecks. He is smart, resourceful and I have a feeling he’s a whole lot of fun.
When fall comes around, all of the leaves start to fall. Many people love this time of year, it’s not too hot or too cold, the changing colors of the leaves is pretty, football is one, and generally that it’s means hunting season… it’s a wonderful time of the year.
But dads have one issue with this time of year: the leaves on their lawn.
Dads love keeping their lawn looking prime, and it’s usually an immense source of personal pride and joy, and even bragging right. All summer the mow, fertilize and water the yard for that crisp green look. Only for it to be ruined in the fall with mounds of leaves. This creates hours of work involving rakes and leaf blowers, that is generally not much fun.
This fella decided to change all of the this year. Modern problems call for modern solutions.
He decided his own leaf blower wasn’t doing the trick so he broke out the air boat to crank it up a notch.
That will certainly have more power than your standard leaf blower…
He whips the boat around his dooryard blowing all the leaves to one side and he looks like he’s having a good time doing it.
Work smarter, not harder.
