I love… love. And this one tugged at my heartstrings.
Chris Stapleton and his wife, Morgane Stapleton, celebrated 15 years of marriage this week.
The singer took to Instagram today to share his love for his wife along with some tender photos.
“15 years. I love you more today than I ever have. Happy anniversary, Morgane!”
Stapleton’s wife seems like the ultimate badass.
You can often find her on stage with him playing tambourine and singing backup vocals. In fact, all the female vocals you hear on his albums come from her. She’s also a singer/songwriter in her own right (when’s the solo record coming Morgane?)
The talent that oozes out of this duo is unreal.
Music is also rooted in this relationship, as they met in 2003 while working in the music industry for publishing companies. They worked for companies that did a lot of partnerships together, and Stapleton’s now wife admitted she would hang around after meetings or events hoping to catch his eye.
Fast forward to 2007, and they tied the knot. Today they spend their time in Nashville, Tennessee, with their five children, are on the road together singing to thousands of fans, or in the studio writing albums together.
What a power couple…. and clearly, Morgane is the joy of his life.
