As if this cast isn’t already loaded enough…

Timothy Dalton is set to join the ensemble of Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan’s forthcoming spinoff series, 1923.

According to Variety, the actor who is probably best known as the fourth actor to play James Bond in The Living Daylights (1987) and Licence to Kill (1989), is officially joining the cast. He was also known for his rolls in The Rocketeer, The Tourist and Hot Fuzz.

For 1923, Timothy will play Donald Whitfield, a wealthy, powerful man who is intimidating, nefarious and is used to getting what he wants.

He joins previously announced cast members Harrison Ford, Helen Mirren, Brandon Sklenar, Darren Mann, Michelle Randolph, James Badge Dale, Marley Shelton, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Julia Schlaepfer and Jerome Flynn.

1923 follows the trials and tribulations of the Dutton family through the end of prohibition, along with the emergence of the Great Depression (which hit Montana much earlier), and the flu.

The series is currently in production out in Montana, and it will premiere on Paramount+ in December.

Yellowstone, Sheridan’s massive hit series that started it all, is set to premiere on November 13th.
