Alaska Man Hides In Shed Just In Time To Avoid Curious Bull Moose

Maybe the moose just wanted to talk…

An Alaska man showed that remaining calm in a potentially dangerous situation is the best way to stay safe in a wild moment that was caught on a Ring doorbell camera in early 2020.

It also further proves that Alaska is an absolutely insane place to live.

Moose, elk, grizzly bears, polar bears, wolves, mountain goats, caribou, bison, and wolverines, not to mention freezing cold temperatures most of the year and 2 months of complete darkness… just lots of really cool, but really crazy, animals and conditions.

So when this man went to take out the trash one cold January morning and was confronted by a curious moose, he was able to handle it with some impressive grace, quickly but smoothly turning around, reopening the shed door, and closing it before the moose had a chance to do whatever it was going to do.

Maybe he was just curious and meant the man no harm, but it’s way better to be safe than sorry, especially given the wild videos we’ve seen of moose charging hunters and jumping over cars.

Even if they don’t mean it, just their inadvertent strength would be enough to shut your lights off for good.

Don’t know if I’d be able to handle myself like this guy did, but good on him for staying safe and shout out to the Ring cam for this awesome video.
