Oh my….
Watching this you are cringing on the inside just waiting for something to go incredibly sideways.
A bison is the largest animal to roam North America with many of the larger males in the neighborhood of over 2,000 pounds. The have massive heads that they use to ram things, whether it be other bison, cars, bears, and even people…
So yes, the answer is obvious… stay the hell away from them.
But, it just don’t stop. In the age of social media and the internet you would think these folks would be likely to come across one of the videos are multiple pages dedicated to making fun of people who are make very poor life choices and putting themselves in harms way around wildlife.
It’s to the point right now that I’m losing faith in people. We’ve seen multiple bison attacks this year alone, including fatalities from the big beasts.
It’s hard to blame any animal when people are doing stuff like this.
An elderly couple is seen standing roadside with backed up traffic right next to a herd of bison. And let’s be honest, if they get charged, these folks aren’t gonna be quick to get out of the way.
As the herd starts to move across the road, you realize not only are they close to bison but also multiple calves.
Even better, because we all know how much wildlife loves to protect their young from everything that is not normal in their world…
Thankfully the folks didn’t end up dead, but the jaws theme song playing during the video keeps ya on the edge of your seat waiting for something bad to happen.
Somebody needs to come get their grandpa…,
