Wow, it’s that time again already.

It feels like yesterday when RodeoHouston was announcing their performers for their 2022 event, and here we are again, a year later.

Now there’s one thing for certain about the World’s Biggest Rodeo, and it’s that they’re gonna bring a helluva show year in and year out, bringing in the biggest names in not only country music, but music as a whole.

Last year, we saw the likes of Cody Johnson, Jon Pardi, Tim McGraw, Chris Stapleton, Dierks Bentley, Parker McCollum, and hell, even Journey was there, and they had NRG Stadium packed out and rockin’.

Not to mention, the event was cancelled in 2021 due to the heat of the COVID-19 pandemic, so you already know fans were foaming at the mouth, dying for a chance to see their favorite artists perform again.

With that being said, RodeoHouston has officially announced the opener for next year’s show…

And it’s no other than the Limestone Kid himself, Parker McCollum.

Now there’s one thing for certain about the event, and it’s that they’re gonna bring in a born and bred Texan that is gonna bring a kickass performance to the stage day in and day out for the opener, and after seeing McCollum live for the first time this past Spring, they’re bringing in a good one.

And speaking of Parker McCollum, the man unveiled a couple of songs we can expect on his upcoming album that he recently just finished writing.

We’ve got his honky-tonk heartbreaker “Handle On You,” and his fan favorite unreleased song “Stoned” guaranteed for the new project.
