It looks like new music from Pecos & The Rooftops is coming SOON.

The Texas-based rockers just dropped a new teaser of a song called “Hurt No More” over on Instagram, along with the caption:

“New tunes are coming soon.”

Say LESS, guys…

This one already sounds like a certified banger:

It’s actually been a while since we’ve heard much from them, as they dropped their most recent single “Time for Wine” way back in May, in addition to another new single “Last Night’s Lashes” in December of 2021.

It seems likely that both of these singles will be included on their forthcoming debut album Cabin Fever, which frontman Pecos Hurley had said at one point on the Whiskey Riff Raff podcast was coming this fall, but at this point, it’s probably going to be a little bit further out than the next month or so.

Either way, these guys have been touring their asses off over the last year, building a solid grassroots following on the heels of the success of their Platinum hit “This Damn Song,” and my personal favorite, their 2020 Red Eye EP.

If you’re unfamiliar with the musical stylings of Pecos & The Rooftops, you won’t hear their music on your local mainstream FM country station (unless you live in Texas or Oklahoma), but they have such a neat mix of country, rock, blues and jazz which makes for a really unique and interesting sound within the rich Texas music scene that is bringing it right now.

You’ll definitely wanna keep your eye on them and this debut record, whenever it may be released… stay tuned.
