Sylvester Stallone’s Wife Jennifer Flavin Files For Divorce… Explains The Tattoo Cover Up

Sylvester Stallone

Yesterday, news broke that Sylvester Stallone had covered up his tattoo of his wife’s, Jennifer Flavin, face on his arm, replacing it with a picture of Butkus, the dog on Rocky.

Of course, this left a lot of questions about the two’s marriage, especially after Flavin posted a picture on Instagram with her and Stallone’s three daughters, saying:

“The 4 of us forever.”

However, reps for Stallone said it was all a misunderstanding, and that it was simply a tattoo replacement.

Except, there appears to be more to the story…

Because Flavin has officially filed for divorce in Florida from Stallone after 25 years of marriage, according to TMZ.

Documents state that she is filing for divorce for Stallone moving assets from marital funds, but the rest of the story is unclear at this point in time.

Flavin wants exclusive domain over the couple’s house in Palm Beach, Florida, as proceedings continue through the courts.

In the divorce documents, the reasoning states:

“Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate.

Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida Statues, equity dictates that the wife be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor.

Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings.”

Stallone is currently filming for Taylor Sheridan’s Tulsa King, starring as a former mobster that makes his way to Tulsa, Oklahoma after years of incarceration.

The couple celebrated their 25th anniversary back in May.
