The plot thickens…
Last week, New York Jets quarterback and former BYU standout Zach Wilson was the talk of the sports world, when his ex-girlfriend Abbey Gile posted a picture on Instagram, announcing she’s now dating current Washington Commanders wide receiver Dax Milne (who was also Wilson’s teammate and bestfriend at BYU).
Some people were commenting on the post saying she was a “homie hopper,” but she responded back by saying:
“He was sleeping with his moms best friend… that’s the real homie hopper.”
And from there, the internet went wild running with the idea that Zach had hooked up with one of his mom’s best friends, and now, Lisa Wilson is speaking out for the first time.
She posted a few stories on Instagram, ruling out at least one of her friends as the potential cougar her son allegedly slept with, also calling the people trying to figure out who it was “idiots”:
“This is my cute friend, Suzette. The people questioning… no. Shut up… I have good friends, you guys are idiots.”
So I guess it doesn’t technically mean he didn’t sleep with one of her friends, it just wasn’t Suzette…
Or was it?
Zach (kind of) addressed the situation himself, posting a photo on Instagram last week, joking about the situation, saying:
“Took the boys to Gozzer Ranch in Idaho before camp! Poor cell service…what I miss?”
