If you know anything about Nashville and CMA Fest it is that Marty Stuart’s Late Night Jam is the place to be for the unofficial kick-off for CMA Fest.

Each year before the official start of CMA Fest in Music City, Marty Stuart holds his late-night jam show at the historic Ryman Auditorium.

This year’s 19th annual jam did not disappoint and featured performances by Marcus King, Billy Strings, Laney Wilson, Emmylou Harris, the Grand Ole Opry Square Dancers, and more.

Marty shared the stage allowing the other artists to showcase their hits while also jamming all together.

Marcus King performed a stripped version of “Wildflowers & Wine,” Laney Wilson hit a knockout performance of her “Things A Man Oughta Know, ” and Billy Strings did not disappoint the crowd with his showcase.

The evening rounded out with Emmylou Harris and Marty Stuart performing their new song, “Three Chords and The Truth.” Emmylou gave the crowd a laugh when she put on her readers to ensure she knew the lyrics.

She deserves the help after all that she has given country music throughout the years.

The night had country fans ready for the rest of the week to see headliners like Shenandoah, Darius Rucker, and Zac Brown Band in Nissan Stadium.
