Our hearts are still mourning for the 21 victims who passed away after the school shooting at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas last week.

We’ve seen tons of people come together to help out the families of the victims, and mourn those that were lost after a senseless shooting at the hands of an 18-year-old.

A man and his son even built custom made caskets for all of the victims, and donated them to the families.

The Dallas Mavericks also made an “effort” to pay their respects for the victims as well. However, how they paid their respects has caused an uproar from people across the nation.

The Mavs, who are located just over five hours away from Uvalde, decided to pay tribute by…

Staying silent on social media for 21 minutes?

The Mavericks organization and Dallas Morning News took to social media to state that they would stay silent from 12 PM CT to 12:21 PM CT yesterday.

I get where they’re going with the gesture, considering 21 victims passed away, but seriously? 21 minutes off social media?

That’s not even long enough to tell that they were even taking a break.

Not to mention, the Mavericks are a multi-million dollar organization, and the best they can do is “stay off social media for 21 minutes.”

Needless to say, a ton of people were enraged by the move:
