Performed and recorded in early 2020 at Cal E. Kid’s in East Nashville, OurVinyl didn’t post the videos until December 2021. And as always, Morgan absolutely kills her four song set.
The Floyd, Virginia native has blown up since the release of her 10-song debut album Reckless in 2021 and the subsequent 16-song Reckless (Deluxe) just a few months later in 2022.
One of the most authentic artists in the industry, her distinctly powerful vocals compliment her captivating songwriting, as she covers thought provoking topics such as mental health, substance abuse, relationships, and more.
In my opinion, Reckless was one of the very best albums of the year last year, and it has been awesome to see her career take off since its release. She made her Opry debut last April, has played stadium shows with Luke Combs, and is gearing up for a run of European shows this summer that will include 50th Anniversary of the Eagles celebration in London.
And despite all of the newfound fame, she has remained humble, honest, and dedicated to the music. She is bound to be one of country music’s next big stars, and if you don’t believe me, this intimate OurVinyl video is proof of her greatness.
