Parker McCollum Announces Upcoming ‘Austin City Limits’ Taping

It’s been wild watching Parker McCollum’s career take off, since his 2015 debut album The Limestone Kid.

From playing bars in front of 20 people, to developing a cult like following in the state of Texas, to signing with MCA Nashville and becoming a household name across the United States, he’s come a long way in only seven years.

Not to mention, the guy played The Grand Ole Opry for the first time last year.

With that being said, McCollum can add yet another accomplishment to his long list, as he announced today that he’ll be playing on Austin City Limits.

Now if you don’t know anything about ACL, it’s the longest running music series TV history, and it’s practically The Grand Ole Opry of Texas, as so many legends across a number of genres have played on that stage, particularly in country music.
