In case you missed it, Dave Chappelle got leveled on stage by some dude at the Hollywood Bowl last night…
And Chappelle’s security (looks like Jamie Foxx and Busta Rhymes got some shots in too) whooped his ASS, and sent the guy off in a stretcher.
Unfortunately, there isn’t much video footage of the wild incident, as phones weren’t allowed at the show.
Luckily, the comedian wasn’t severely hurt by the moron or anything, however it was later revealed that he was wielding a fake gun with a real knife attached to it (bizarre), but Chapelle proceeded to collect himself and laugh it off by saying:
“I’ve been doing this 35 years. I just stomped a n***a backstage… I’ve always wanted to do that.”
Chris Rock grabbed the mic and said:
“Was that Will Smith?”
Welcome to 2022, where people attack people on stage. However, this random dude didn’t get as lucky as Will Smith did after he slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars, and I’d bet my life savings he’s regretting his decision big time.
