Holy shit, I can finally experience my childhood nightmare firsthand.
Although there’s not much better than kickin’ back on the beach, sitting under the hot sun, with your toes in the water, ass in the sand, and a cold beer in your hand (that’s a great idea for a country song), it’s hard to avoid the fact that the ocean can be a scary place.
I’ll never forget seeing Jaws for the first time when I was a kid, and after watching people get mauled by a massive shark for two hours, I was terrified to step foot into the ocean for a couple years.
Although I got over my brief phobia, I’ve found myself experiencing some Deja Vu, as a video has surfaced of a shark swallowing a waterproof camera whole.
The Insta360 ONE X2 camera belongs to Swiss filmmaker Zimy Da Kid, while he was taking a dive into The Maldives.
In the video, you can see the massive shark quickly snatch up the camera, and you can see what your last few seconds of life would be like if the camera was replaced with yourself.
According to For The Win, the camera was attached to a weight, so when the shark coughs it back up after realizing it couldn’t digest it, it will go right back in place until they are able to retrieve it.
