Miranda Lambert is exactly one month from release day for her upcoming eighth solo studio album, Palomino.
Set to drop on April 29th, she previously released two songs from the record, “If I Was A Cowboy” and “Strange”, in addition to debuting an unreleased track a few weeks ago at C2C Fest across the pond called “Actin’ Up”.
Today, she’s posting a teaser of the studio version of “Actin’ Up” on Instagram, along with a caption saying that another round of postcards with more information on the song will be in the mailbox’s of some fans soon:
“One month till my new album ‘Palomino’ is out…so another postcard is headed to some of y’all with a clip of the song that inspired the album title.
PS: so many of y’all signed up for the first round of postcards that we’re pulling from the same list to send this batch.”
I have to say, I loved hearing the song live at a show, but I think I even like the studio version better from what I heard in that short clip.
And now, the countdown is officially ON, because we are T-minus one month from release day… and it can’t come soon enough.
