Drew Parker Releases Nostalgic New Single, “Raised Up Right”

For those who don’t know about Drew Parker, it’s time for that to change.

The man is quickly making a name for himself as one of the brightest up-and-coming singer/songwriters in Nashville right now, and even co-wrote Luke Combs’ latest hit, “Doin’ This.”

With that being said, he’s released a brand new single titled “Raised Up Right,” the first taste of new music from the man since his seven-track EP, While You’re Gone, which dropped back in 2020.

Written by Parker, Matt Jenkins, and Ben Hayslip, the song gives us a firsthand look at what life was like for Parker growing up in his hometown of Stewart, Georgia.

From John Deere Greene, to John 3:16, he sings about how you can be raised up, but there’s a difference between being “raised up, and raised up right.”

Not to mention, the song has some killer fiddle licks as well.
