Insane Video Shows Tornado Ripping Through A Texas Walmart Parking Lot

Talk about a scene that looks straight out of the movie Twister.

A number of tornadoes swept through Texas and Oklahoma yesterday, leaving behind a ton of damage and debris along with them, according to the New York Post.

With that being said, a horrifying video has gone viral of a tornado making its way through a Walmart in Round Rock, Texas, just outside of Austin.

In the video, you hear a man screaming:

“Get inside! Get inside! Run! Run! Run!”

“Get away from the windows.”

The video was posted to Twitter by Walmart employee James Watson.

According to the National Weather Service, a twister touched down in Luling, Texas, along with the massive one that touched down outside of Round Rock.

Michael Talamantez of Round Rock thought it was the end:

“I thought I was going to die.”

The tornadoes left four people injured in the city of Elgin, which is just east of Austin.

The massive storm system made its way into Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama as well.

AccuWeather chief meteorologist Jonathan Porter said:

“This is a volatile weather pattern, and we’ve seen these types of storm systems previously produce damaging, dangerous and highly impactful severe weather and flooding.”

Thoughts and prayers go out to everybody weathering this difficult situation.
