I’ll tell ya what… pigs might like looks like they’re fat, dumb, piles of bacon, but it’s quite the opposite. They’re smart, they’re strong, and have that kind of “don’t quit” mentality that’s comes in handy when your life is on the line.
One black bear found that out the hard way…
According to NBC Connecticut, a black bear found its way into the pig pen at a New Milford, Connecticut, home, but the bear quickly found out that this wasn’t going to be an easy meal.
The two pigs, Hammy and Mary, fought valiantly and sent the bear running for the hills.
Homeowner Rebecca Shaw said Hammy is usually a bit of a wimp, but stepped up when he had to:
“I am very proud of them because Hammy, the little one especially, he’s afraid of his own shadow and the way he came charging out when he seen Mary tussling with the bear.
He was like ‘oh no, no way, get out.'”
Hammy brought the hammer down that punk-ass bear.
Backed him into a corner and chased him right outta there… not in my house.
