Ukrainian Navy Says It Sank Russian Warship That Attacked Snake Island: “We F*cking Hit Them!”

A large wave in the ocean

This story just keeps getting crazier.

By now, I think most of us are familiar with the story about the Ukrainian border guards who told a Russian warship to “go f*ck yourself,” as they were defending Snake Island in the Black Sea when the Russian invasion first started.

It was initially reported that all 13 of the were killed, but we later found out that they were, in fact, still alive. At the time, with Ukrainian officials reporting that the soldiers had died, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said they would all be posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine.

And now, the story is going in a completely different direction, with military sources in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv telling Fox News that Ukraine sunk one of the Russian navy warships on Monday night.

The Ukrainian Navy shared a video on Facebook of the attack, where you can see and hear something blow up, glowing orange in the dark night sky. When translated, it reads in English:

“Today, March 7, 2022, the marine units of the Ukrainian Navy, defending Odesa, struck an enemy ship. The enemy has retreated again.”

Some of the soldiers yelling the background said this:

“Look, we got the warship. It’s on fire!”

When the explosion finally happens, one on them says:

“We fucking hit them!”

Before another one repeats the Snake Island defenders’ famous line, “Russian ship, go f— yourself”.

The Ukrainian people are a different, totally badass, breed… they just don’t give up:
