Paul Cauthen Is Hitting The Town In Soulful New Single, “High Heels”

If you haven’t heard of Paul Cauthen, it’s about time to get your head out of your ass.

His larger than life stage presence and funky-tonk country sound are in a league of their own.

With bangers like “Cocaine Country Dancing,” Cauthen can definitely get your ass shaking, but he also likes to slow it down and get a little funky, with his deep, rich voice. Imagine the house band at a honky tonk roller rink (if there was such a thing) in the ’70s, and you have Paul Cauthen’s sound in a nutshell.

With that being said, the man has released the soulful new single “High Heels,” the latest single for his upcoming album, Country Coming Down, slated for April 1st.

“High Heels” is the second single for the upcoming project, right behind the banger “Country As Fuck.”

Produced, performed, and recorded by Beau Bedford, Jason Burt, and Paul Cauthen at Modern Electric Sound Recorders in Dallas, the new project contains 10 new tracks, ranging from hedonism, to love and devotion with your significant other.

Did he say “rubbing buttholes?”
