Morgan Wade’s voice absolutely shines on an acoustic version of any song.
And today, she’s doing a little porch pickin’ with her guitar on “Run,” one of the new tracks from the deluxe edition of Reckless that was released about a month ago, written with her producer, Sadler Vaden.
I’m hoping one day we’ll get a totally acoustic album from Morgan, because that gritty, raspy voice is just too damn good:
“Something about a front porch and a guitar just always seems to make sense. Hope y’all dig this acoustic version of ‘Run.'”
And she recently released an accompanying video for the song, featuring some incredible pink hair.
Morgan’s come a long way from meeting random guys she found on Craigslist in the basement to start her band.
