Sundy Best Teams Up With Mac Powell For Gospel-Infused “Walk By Faith”

I’m not gonna lie, I think my first concert ever might’ve been at a band called Third Day, a Christian rock band out of Marietta, Georgia.

With the southern, swampy vocals of frontman Mac Powell, they didn’t really sound like most of your standard bands on Christian contemporary radio at the time.

One of the most well-known and accomplished acts in the genre, their award-winning career began in 1996 and ran through 2018, when they ended their run with a farewell tour.

And of course, Sundy Best is one of my favorite duos in all of country music.

Composed of Nick Jamerson and Kris Bentley from Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Sundy Best has built a rock solid following in Eastern Kentucky, on that’s sure to continue growing since the band announced their comeback in the fall of 2020.

And that brings us to today…

Sundy Best teamed up with Mac for a Gospel-infused new single titled “Walk By Faith,” an encouraging message of staying strong in times of struggle.

A message we could all use right about now, by God.
