Cuttin’ that grass.

Tyler Childers will be tapping into his bluegrass roots at 2022 DelFest, fronting one of the best bluegrass bands in the business, The Travelin’ McCourys.

The festival is set for May 26th through the 29th in Cumberland, Maryland, and will feature the curator of the festival, The Del McCoury Band and The Travelin’ McCourys, as well as Railroad Earth, Bela Fleck’s My Bluegrass Heart, Sam Bush, Leftover Salmon, Watchhouse, California Honeydrops, Sierra Hull, Anders Osborne & Jackie Green, Cabinet, The Lil Smokies, and more.

It appears as though Robert Earl Keen (who previously announced this would be his final year touring) was added to the lineup as well.

Of course, if you remember back to Tyler’s Spotify Sessions from a couple years back, he teamed up with the Travelin’ McCourys for a bluegrass rendition of  “House Fire.”

Tyler is also set to play the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Telluride, Colorado, later this year.

Also, Del McCoury himself released a new album yesterday titled, Almost Proud.
