Ronnie Dunn has a brand new song coming this Friday.
He just announced his latest single, “Broken Neon Hearts”, along with a short teaser of the track on Instagram:
“New song “Broken Neon Hearts” comin’ atcha this Friday… RD.”
Of course, Ronnie is one half of Brooks & Dunn, but this will be a solo release.
It’s unclear if this means there’s more to come from Ronnie, or if it’s just a one-off single, but I’m pumped either way. He last put out a solo studio album, his fourth solo record, in 2020 with Re-Dunn.
The title of this new song alone, as well as a little bit of the sound we got in the teaser, makes me think it could be reminiscent of the absolutely iconic hit “Neon Moon,” but we’ll have to wait until Friday to hear the whole thing.
