Is Eric Church Getting Ready To Announce A Stadium Tour?

Looks like the Chief has something up his sleeve.

Eric Church is currently in the middle of his Gather Again Tour, a 55-city road trip that kicked off back in September and is set to end at Madison Square Garden in May.

Or is it?

Church has been teasing on social media that there may be more tour dates coming, asking fans yesterday where they would like to see him play next.

And now he’s just teased an announcement coming tomorrow, tweeting only a picture of what appears to be American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Now, I don’t think Eric would build up all this hype for a single stadium show in Wisconsin. I think the more likely explanation is that the second half of the Gather Again Tour is going to be a stadium tour kicking off at American Family Field. Or maybe he’s going to do what Garth does and announce his tour one stadium at a time.

But either way, if I were a betting man, I’d put my money on Eric Church announcing a stadium tour tomorrow.

And we know that Church can draw a crowd to a stadium. Back in 2019, he set the attendance record for Nissan Stadium in Nashville during his Double Down Tour – a record that, ironically, Garth Brooks tried to break before his show was ultimately rained out last year.

Church has also been selling a ton of tickets on his current tour, logging $7 million in ticket sales already in 2022.

If my suspicions about a stadium tour are correct, expect that number to go WAY up.
