Randall King Surprised By Marty Stuart With Invitation To Make Grand Ole Opry Debut

If there’s any artist who’s primed for an absolutely monster year, it’s Randall King.

In December 2021, Randall was announced as an opener for Clay Walker and Tracy Lawrence on their 2022 mini-tour. And just a couple of weeks ago, he announced his major-label debut album, Shot Glass, will be dropping on March 18.

Well now he’s got another BIG performance coming up just a couple of days before his new album drops: His Grand Ole Opry debut.

Randall shared the video of Opry legend Marty Stuart delivering the surprise invite:

Randall has been an absolute workhorse these past couple of years since signing with Warner Music Nashville, dropping an EP, Leanna, in late 2020, and touring seemingly nonstop around the country – all while working on a new album.

It definitely seems like it’s paying off, as Randall continues to play to packed honky tonks and crank out nonstop heaters.

But if you’re hoping to catch Randall at your local honky tonk, I have a feeling you better do it sooner rather than later – because I think he’s going to be moving up to much bigger venues very soon.

Especially after everybody who sees him at the Opry finds out just how damn good he is.

Looks like Randall’s about to go to a “Record High.” (I’m sorry, I couldn’t resist).
