Well now he’s got another BIG performance coming up just a couple of days before his new album drops: His Grand Ole Opry debut.
Randall shared the video of Opry legend Marty Stuart delivering the surprise invite:
Man that’s just too cool, to have @martystuarthq tell me in person, after getting to write with him that morning, that I get to play the @opry March 15th. Completely unreal to me! I can’t wait to stand on that circle where Hank stood. Excited is an understatement. #oprydebutpic.twitter.com/Ky5kIidykm
Randall has been an absolute workhorse these past couple of years since signing with Warner Music Nashville, dropping an EP, Leanna, in late 2020, and touring seemingly nonstop around the country – all while working on a new album.
It definitely seems like it’s paying off, as Randall continues to play to packed honky tonks and crank out nonstop heaters.
But if you’re hoping to catch Randall at your local honky tonk, I have a feeling you better do it sooner rather than later – because I think he’s going to be moving up to much bigger venues very soon.
Especially after everybody who sees him at the Opry finds out just how damn good he is.
Looks like Randall’s about to go to a “Record High.” (I’m sorry, I couldn’t resist).
