We all know Jamey Johnson is one of the best country music singers/songwriters in the genre.
However, it appears the man might be venturing out into the acting world…
Or at least a little bit.
It appears as though he has a small role in the upcoming movie The Tiger Rising, a family friendly action-adventure flick starring Dennis Quaid, Queen Latifah, Christian Convery, Katharine McPhee, and more.
He dropped a small clip from the movie, and it looks like he may play a resident of the motel/trailer park that Dennis Quaid and his son live at.
In the short clip, Johnson is having a conversation with Quaid and says:
“Can you point me out to the spa?”
Quaid responds:
“Does this place look like it has a spa to you?”

The movie is based off the book The Tiger Rising, written by Kate DiCamillo, and hits theaters on January 21st.
I mean c’mon, I’ll see the movie just so I get to see Jamey Johnson on the big screen.
