Antonio Brown On His Wild Exit From The Bucs/Jets Game: “It Probably Wasn’t Necessary Or Professional”

Antonio Brown

Antonio Brown has officially weighed in on his wild exit from the Jets game.

By now, you’ve probably heard about Antonio Brown’s bizarre display in the middle of the Bucs game a couple weeks ago, where he effectively quit after ripping off his jersey and undershirt and running off the field during the game.

There’s been speculation about what exactly went down, with Antonio saying he was injured and didn’t feel healthy enough to play, and coaching staff saying he had been evaluated by medical professionals and was, in fact, healthy enough to play after battling an ankle injury for a couple weeks.

Then, last week, he released a formal statement prepared by his lawyer, Sean Burstyn, essentially placing all of the blame on the Bucs coaching staff.

And now, he’s apparently pursuing a career in rap music, and recently had dinner with none other than Kanye West in Los Angeles to talk about some sort of collab.

According to TMZ, Antonio seems to have taken a bit of time to reflect on his strange and abrupt exit, saying:

“It probably wasn’t necessary or professional.”

Ya think?

Maybe he’ll consider the slightly less flashy, but much more professional, two-week notice approach next time around…
