With the shocking news of the death of Bob Saget, AKA Danny Tanner from the iconic show Full House, tons of people have spoke out about the tragic loss of such a beloved TV icon.
For many of us, we saw Saget as the loving, and also hilarious single father of D.J (Candace Cameron Bure), Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin), and Michelle (Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen).
Others saw him as the star host of America’s Funniest Home Videos, and traveling comedian.
Needless to say, anybody who was born in the late ’90s and before, we all remember him in one way or another.
A lot of his former castmates on Full House responded to the tragic passing via social media:
I am broken. I am gutted. I am in complete and utter shock. I will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby.

Bob Saget was funny and kind, but also, let’s not forgot, for people my age, he was the original Hot Dad. It’s not important but it’s true

Beautiful Bob Saget passed away today at 65. He had a big, big heart and a wonderfully warped comic mind. He gave the world a lot of joy and lived his life for goodness’ sake. :’^} pic.twitter.com/QVSITsfaVj

I know that people lose loved ones, good people, every day. No one gets a pass. But the loss of Bob Saget hits deep. If you didn’t know him, he was kind and dear and cared about people deeply. He was the definition of “a good egg”. Too soon he leaves. #RipBobSaget
