Riley Green Treats Fans To A Fireside Acoustic Performance Of “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” & More

I’ve gotta say, it’s been incredible watching the rise of Riley Green over the years.

I still remember him coming to the Blindhorse Saloon in Greenville, South Carolina back in 2017, when his top songs were “Bury Me In Dixie” and “Georgia Time.”

Fast forward to four years later, and look at him now. He’s packing out shows left and right, and has quickly made a name for himself as one of the top traditional country artists in mainstream country music .He even has a #1 single under his belt.

He recently made an appearance on the CMT Campfire Sessions, treating fans to acoustic performances of “I Wish Grandpas Never Dies,” “If It Wasn’t For Trucks,” “Different ‘Round Here,” and more.

I mean, who doesn’t love some good ol’ stripped-down acoustic country music around a campfire on a crisp night? Gimme a case of Busch Light, a bonfire, and Riley Green picking on some country music around it… that’s the trifecta.

Enjoy.
