Callin’ Baton Rouge: Garth Brooks Is Playing His First Show At LSU In 24 Years

Ladies and gentlemen, Garth Brooks is “Callin’ Baton Rouge.”

We all know the legendary song, and a personal favorite of mine (even though the song was recorded many times before Garth took it, but that’s a different story).

The song has been loved by many, and Oklahoma State fans even used it to troll Lincoln Riley when everybody thought he was taking the LSU job.

And now, it’s never been so fitting.

For a guy that benefited so much off of a song like “Callin’ Baton Rouge,” believe it or not, the man hasn’t played at LSU’s football stadium in 24 years.

However, that will be changing very soon as he just announced that he will be rocking Tiger Stadium on Saturday, April 30th at 7 PM.

Tickets go on sale Friday, December 10th, at 10 AM CT, with tickets costing $94.95 all inclusive.

We all know how rowdy LSU fans can be, and mix in a little country music? Death Valley is bound to be bumping on April 30th.

And if you needed anything to fuel the fire, check out this teaser LSU just released:
