Meet Decker. You may remember him from last year when he pulled off this absolutely incredible Morgan Wallen costume.
Well if you were wondering whether or not he could ever top that, I think we have our answer.
Decker’s back with another top-notch costume this year, and this one’s hotter than a hoochie coochie.
The mullet, the life jacket, the cowboy hat…this kid’s a natural for spending a day water-skiing in jeans way down yonder on the Chattahoochee.
Alan Jackson would be proud.
