Paige Spiranac Shares The Secret To Being An Instagram Golf Girl: “Shoot From The Front, No One Cares Where The Ball Is Going”

We can just go ahead and be honest here… there are plenty of guys who aren’t watching Paige Spiranac hit a golf ball to admire her pure golf swing.

She’ll even admit it herself.

“What I lack in talent, I make up for it in self-awareness.”

And now she’s even taking it a step further (sarcastically, yet hilariously) revealing her secret to perfecting the “Instagram golf girl.” She posted the tongue-in-cheek video on Tuesday, showing fans the basics.

“Dress code doesn’t exist in an Instagram golf girl’s life, and always shoot from the front because no one cares where the ball is going when you’re dumping them out.

Now, the most important part. It’s not the actual golf swing, it’s the reaction after. It’s a hop, skip, and a smile… even after you shanked it into the group right next to you. And that’s how you be an Instagram golf girl.”

She was asked if her tips only apply to women. Her response?

“Same rules apply. Happy hoeing!”

She captioned the video:

“It’s hard work but someone has to do it.”

Of course, while she may be poking fun at herself and the “Instagram golf girl” stereotypes, she’d drag many our asses up and down the golf course.

She was an All-Conference Mountain West golfer, leading San Diego State to its first conference championship in school history. She also briefly played in the developmental Cactus League as well as the Ladies European Tour.
