Eric Church’s Lake Tahoe Shows Postponed To Next Year Due To Wildfires

Another day, another show cancellation, but this time… not for COVID-19.

Eric Church and Paul Cauthen’s (didn’t realize he was playing with Paul… badass) show at the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys has officially been postponed due to concerns about wildfires.

The venue released the statement via Instagram:

“Due to public safety and the fires in the area, we are sorry to announce that we must postpone ERIC CHURCH with Paul Cauthen at the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys scheduled for this Friday and Saturday, August 27th & 28th.

Please note that these shows have been rescheduled for August 27th & 28th of 2022…so hold on to your tickets as they will be honored at the rescheduled dates next summer.”

I mean, we’re bobbing and weaving The Rona to try and get these shows in and then you got a damn wildfire come flying in off the top rope… live music just can’t catch a break these days.

Although rescheduling it for an entire year is a bit concerning… hopefully this is a one time thing.
