Reba Reveals She And Boyfriend Rex Linn Had COVID: “It’s Not Fun”

Ol’ Red is on the TikTok.

Randy Travis, Reba… everybody is on TikTok these days.

Reba recently treated her fans to a TikTok livestream, a 30-minute video featuring a few songs, a quick tour around the house, Rex grillin’ up a beer can chicken… she almost reminds me of my mom the way she talks about her birdfeeders.

But near the end of the video, she revealed that both her and her boyfriend got vaccinated and still got COVID, and it wasn’t a good time:

“This has been a very hard year and it’s getting rougher again. You guys, please stay safe. Wear your masks. Do what you have to do. Stay home. Just stay safe. Stay healthy.

It’s not fun to get this. I did get it. Rex and I got it and it’s not fun. You don’t feel good. We were both vaccinated and we still got it, so stay safe, stay home, and be protected the best you can.”

She didn’t say when she got it, but whenever it was, she battled through it without making any headlines.

It was also recently revealed that Reba recut her 1993 hit “Does He Love You” featuring Dolly Parton, and it’s rumored to be coming out soon on an album of rereleases. It’s the first time these two country legends have ever recorded a song together.

As far as her tour schedule though, including her Las Vegas gigs with Brooks & Dunn, that’s still up in the air.

“I have no idea what plans for next year are. You know, the COVID thing has really hit hard and spikes are going everywhere right now… so we don’t have an idea.

We have plans right now to go back on tour in January, February and March. We have plans of being with Brooks & Dunn the first two weeks, almost three weeks of December, but we don’t know if that’s going to go.”

If you’re on TikTok and not following Reba, she’s worth the follow:
