Whiskey Myers Frontman Cody Cannon Announces New Run Of Acoustic Tour Stops

It’s hard to find a band in country music like Whiskey Myers.

Driven by their experiences from life growing up in Palestine, Texas, Cody Cannon and the boys know how to put true, genuine stories into lyrics, turning them into songs we all know and love.

From “Ballad Of A Southern Man,” to “Stone,” from “Broken Window Serenade,” to “Trailer We Call Home,” we all get a glimpse into the stories that made them who they are today.

Plus, they rock harder than just about anybody in the business right now. It’s no wonder why the band opened for the Rolling Stones at Soldier Field in Chicago.

And now, six lucky venues in Texas will host live, stripped down acoustic performances from the lead singer of Whiskey Myers himself, Cody Cannon.

I’ve watched several videos of Cannon playing acoustic versions of his stuff, and needless to say, the way that man can hold a room with just an acoustic guitar is nothing short of incredible.

If he’s coming to a venue near you, you’re not gonna want to miss it:

And incase you want a little sneak peak of what you might be getting from Cannon:
