It looks like Morgan Wallen is officially ready for a clean slate.

According to real estate documents obtained by TMZ, Wallen has sold his four-bed, three-bath Nashville home where he was caught saying a racial slur in his driveway back in February.

He sold the duplex for $835,000, as it features a rooftop patio and enclosed backyard.

There’s no word on where the young country star has moved to, as he probably wants to keep it that way as he continues to work on himself.

You have to think that this move was inevitable, considering the backlash he received for the incident, his home was also exposed in the video that was shot by his neighbors.

I imagine he’s not too fond of his neighbors after they sold the video to TMZ, and I imagine the neighbors are not too fond of him either.

This move comes after Wallen announced that he checked himself into a 30-day rehab facility a few months ago, during an interview with Michael Strahan on Good Morning America last week.

Although the incident has given the singer the spotlight in all of the wrong ways, his Dangerous double-album continues to be the top-selling album of the year, as it has spent almost the entire year at number one on the Billboards Country Music Chart.
