Now this, this is absolutely insane.
Imagine driving down the road, having a casual conversation with one of your buddies in the car, and next thing you know you see a car come tumbling down from the stratosphere right in front of you.
Sounds impossible, right?
Believe it or not, this story came true for a Yuba City, California, family last Wednesday.
As you can see in the video, a man is driving down Highway 99 with his family, when all of a sudden a car flies over a hill plummeting to the ground. The driver and the passengers in the car were freaked out by what they saw, to say the least.
The car landed in the middle of the highway, rolling a few times before coming to a stop.
And the craziest part is?
The woman driving the vehicle walked out with no injuries, according to CBS.
Apparently, she was involved in a hit and run driving backwards down a highway, after she made a run for it (going forwards now), she missed a sharp left turn and went flying off the side of the road, just narrowly launching her car between two power lines.
“They came flying straight through here. There’s a really hard left-hand turn up here. They failed to make that turn, just kept going straight and literally went flying over the whole overpass.”
It looks like they pretty much threaded the needle between the power lines. We would have lost power, it probably would have started a fire in all that dead grass. It could have been a lot worse for them I’m sure.”
And here’s the kicker… she wasn’t even drunk.
Channeling her inner Bo Duke… didn’t quite stick the landing though…
