Riley Green’s new project is already one of my favorite’s of the year.

I can’t stop listening to it, and I don’t see that changing any time soon.

While this particular project was full of fan-favorites and a couple tracks we’ve heard a time or two already, he did put out one brand new song that we haven’t had the chance to hear yet.

The title-track, “Behind The Bar”, is an ode to staying out all night with friends and all the memories that are made after hours. He sings about dancing, drinking and how the party gets even better out back after it’s time for the bar to close.

It’s pretty upbeat and has a tad bit of a rock and roll sound we’re not really used to hearing from him, so I can easily see this becoming a summertime anthem that people play out on the lake. I can also see this being really fun to hear live at a concert.

He wrote it with frequent co-writers Erik Dylan and Randy Montana

Of course, it’s just scratching the surface of all the great music he’s finally gracing us with.

Make sure you check out his entire Behind The Bar project and go and have yourself a weekend.
