Okay, I’m HERE for this.
Texas up-and-comer Triston Marez covered Miranda Lambert, Jon Randall and Jack Ingram’s song “In His Arms,” from their most recent project The Marfa Tapes, and I love everything about it.
He posted the video on Instagram with the caption:
“Wishin I was in her arms tonight @mirandalambert”
He put his own spin on it and changed some of the lyrics to make it from a guy’s perspective, but it’s cool to see a Texan pay tribute to three other extremely talented Texas musicians in Miranda, Jack and Jon.
