Wanna learn how to hunt some hogs?

The Texas Wildlife Association and the Texas Department of Parks And Wildlife have teamed up to give potential new hunters a chance at winning a free fully guided and mentored wild hog hunt.

All you have to do to be entered to win is sign up to join the email last for the states new “wild to table” program.

The Texas Wildlife Association is a membership based non-profit organization that works in tandem to promote the mission of the state Parks and Wildlife Department to conserve the state’s wildlife and habitat.

Previous hunting experience is not a pre-requisite for going on the hunt, and the winner will hunt alongside professional guides that can help directly with everything a new hunter would need to know about hunting responsibly, including firearm safety.

Parks and Wildlife will also provide any additional information you need to get started hunting, including information on hunter education requirements, how to buy a hunting license, and important hunting rules and regulations.

The hunt, which takes place over a weekend, will include lodging and meals for two on a private ranch in Texas. The winner will also receive $350 in gift cards from Gameguard Outdoors and Cabelas, as well as a subscription to the Texas Parks & Wildlife magazine.
