George Strait Will Make His Way Back To Las Vegas, Set To Play Two Shows This Summer

Giddy up, the King is going to Vegas.

George Strait has just announced that he’ll be making a return to Sin City, only a day after announcing he’ll be playing at the Houston Rodeo next year.

He’ll be playing at T-Mobile Arena for back to back “Strait to Vegas” shows on August 13th and 14th, with support from Caitlyn Smith.

Stoked about the opportunity, he commented on the announcement in good ol’ short and sweet George Strait fashion:

“The Ace in the Hole Band and I have been looking forward to this day for a year and a half.

I cannot wait to see Vegas and all of my great fans once again. It’s been way too long. We will finally ride again. See you soon.”

After the show was put to a halt in 2020, last years tickets will be redeemed, and those unable to make the trip this year will receive a refund.

The legend himself will also be playing in Minneapolis, Minnesota at U.S. Bank Stadium on November 13th with Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town.

I mean does it get any better?

George Strait, cold beverages, and gambling your ass off in Vegas… sounds like a damn good time to me.
