Redneck Engineer Rigs Up Coors Light Can As An Outdoor Thermometer

You gotta love Coors.

Not only do they have a deliciously tasty beer that’s easy to drink and pairs perfectly with ’90s country, those Coors Banquets (in the stubby bottles) are downright beautiful.

But then there’s Coors Light with their color changing cans.

Good beer and a can that’s actually functional. It’s pretty simple: if the mountains on the can turn blue, the you know your beer is as cold as the Rockies. Pretty simple, pretty genius.

And speaking of genius, there’s this guy, about to put the thermometer company out of business.

“I use a Coors can for a thermometer. If the mountains are blue I’m grabbing a jacket.”

Redneck engineering at its finest.
