We have more news on the shit-stirrer…er, shit-swinger, from Kid Rock’s bar in Nashville this weekend.
In case you missed it, social media went crazy this weekend when it was reported that a man was arrested at Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock ‘N Roll Steakhouse on Broadway for removing his colostomy bag and swinging it at police.
Well Metro Nashville Police have identified the man as Nicholas Newhart, who is referred to as “John Doe” in court documents.
According to the police report, security at Kid Rock’s flagged down police after Newhart was drunk and blocking the outside emergency exit at the bar.
Security told the police that the man was drunk and refusing to leave after being asked to move along.
Then when police arrived, that’s when Newhart removed his colostomy bag from the front of his pants and began swinging it around, hitting two officers with his feces.
Newhart, who already has a lengthy criminal history, was charged with assault on the Metro police officers, disorderly conduct (that’s putting it mildly), and public intoxication.
He’s still currently being held at the Metro-Davidson County Correctional Facility.
