Parker McCollum Covered Dwight Yoakam’s “A Thousand Miles From Nowhere” On A Live Stream And I NEED A Full Version

Parker McCollum and Dwight Yoakam: Things I didn’t know I loved together.

Over quarantine, Parker McCollum did quite a few livestreams, playing some of his songs, some unreleased songs and some covers, and I just heard a piece of one cover that I am begging him to do a full version of: Dwight Yoakam’s “A Thousand Miles From Nowhere”

An all-time classic song from one of the best to ever do it, Parker’s voice perfectly fits the driving beat and high, almost yodel like notes in the bridge.

Parker, if you ever put a cover on an album, or maybe put out an album of covers (can throw “Good Lord Lorrie” on there), I really hope this one is involved.
