How damn good is it to have Alan Jackson back in the mix?
I mean, personally… he doesn’t leave the mix, if you know what I’m sayin’…
But even Loretta Lynn came out said she had just about given up on country music all together before Alan announced his upcoming studio album, Where Have You Been.
“Just when I thought country music was near gone, Alan Jackson brings it back to life! What an album, he’s given us. Y’all go listen to it right now. Alan, thank you honey for keeping it country!”

Anyways, today Big Al is back with a heartfelt country tearjerker, “You’ll Always Be My Baby,” which was written for his daughter’s wedding. If you’re getting married sometime this year, and you’re in the market for a good daddy/daughter first dance song… look no further. This one will definitely get some misty eyes going.
Jackson will also be performing the song at the ACM Awards this coming Sunday.
