Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert & Lynyrd Skynyrd To Headline Alabama’s Rock The South Music Festival

First baseball, then UFC… full capacity concerts and festivals are right around the corner.

Last year, Rock The South Music Festival was cancelled because of COVID (like all festivals), but this year it looks like they’re trying to make up for it with an absolutely KILLER lineup.

The Alabama festival will be headlined by Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert and Lynyrd Skynyrd, but will also feature Ashley McBryde, Morgan Wade, Drew Parker, Ingrid Andress, Flatland Calvary and even the “Dicked Down in Dallas” guy Trey Lewis.

And also Nelly? I mean, “Just A Dream” is a jam, but seems a bit out of place, no? Hopefully, it doesn’t mean we’re in for a surprise FGL appearance…

If that was the final line up it’d be worth the price of admission, but I’m sure we’re in for a few more big-name announcements. Can you imagine a huge Alabama music festival without Riley Green? I can’t…

It’s been a mixed bag of news with festivals recently, with some huge ones like Country Summer Music Festival, Stagecoach, and C2C being pushed back to next year, while others like Country Jam, Country Stampede Festival, and Whiskey Myers’ Firewater Music Festival still plan on rocking this summer and fall.

But overall, the mood seems to be lifting and the dark clouds slowly drifting away. Sunny, drunken, music-filled days are in our near future… just gotta buckle down and get there.
