Kenny Chesney Announces ‘Here And Now’ Deluxe Album

The era of the deluxe album is still going strong.

Kenny Chesney canceled his 2021 summer tour this year, but as a consolation, he will be giving No Shoes Nation a deluxe version of his latest album, Here And Now.

“There’s something that happens when we bring the new songs out on the road. To me, that’s when an album is really finished. Once you play the songs, and get the chance to come together in the name of music.”

But since he won’t be on the road this year, more songs just keep coming.

“Being home, writing with friends, recording with people who inspire you. This time has taught me to really be in the moment, to share more music.

Some of these songs will spark an immediate hunger for things we all love, some of them I think people will think about for days and days after they hear them.

With so much still unsettled, I didn’t want to wait any more to share them.”

And with that, the deluxe album was born.

Available on May 7th, the deluxe album will offer four new songs in addition to those previously released tracks from Here And Now.

Wind On” – David Lee Murphy and Rodney Clawson
Fields of Glory” – Josh Osborne, Ashley Gorley and Ross Copperman
My Anthem” – Josh Osborne, Shane McAnally and Jason Gantt
Streets” – Kenny Chesney and Tom Douglas.

Kenny also recently released the cinematic music video for his new single “Knowing You.”

“And because of that, too, I’m glad we’re making this Deluxe available now. If you love ‘Knowing You’ and this album, we’re making it even a little bit more special.”
